How do I create a loyalty card for my business?
Sign in, create a new cafe, and customise your card design from the dashboard. Your loyalty card will be ready for customers immediately.
How do customers get their loyalty card?
Share your unique signup link or QR code with customers. They tap once and the card is added directly to their Apple Wallet — no app download required.
How do I scan a customer's card?
Open the Scanner from your dashboard's Quick Actions. Point your camera at the QR code on the customer's Apple Wallet card. The stamp is added automatically.
What happens when a card is full?
The customer receives a push notification that they've earned a free reward. When they visit, scan their card to redeem it. A new card starts automatically.
Can I customise the card design?
Yes. From Card Design in your dashboard, you can change the background colour, text colour, and label colour. The card preview updates in real time.
Is Meritasium free?
Meritasium is free during the beta period on the Essential plan, which includes 1 location, basic analytics, standard card design, and Apple Wallet integration. Paid plans with additional features are coming soon.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Loyalty cards are added directly to Apple Wallet. There's no separate app for customers to install or sign up for.
